Age and generation
Equipment from a three-year lease that ended recently carries more residual value than a five-year-old lot.

i5/i7, 16 GB RAM, SSD configurations price significantly higher than base configs. Enterprise server processor and RAM count matters too.
Cosmetic condition
Normal enterprise wear is expected. Cracked lids, broken ports, or liquid damage reduce the offer on affected units.
Lot uniformity
Identical or near-identical models in a single lot are easier to price and move. Mixed lots are valued at a blended rate.

Do you handle the actual lease return to the lessor?+
No. We buy equipment you already own outright. If your lease is still active and you need to return equipment to the lessor, that is a separate process with your leasing company. We step in after the cycle ends and the assets are yours to dispose of.
Will the offer change after you pick up the equipment?+
No. Your offer is locked before pickup. We do not conduct a secondary inspection that leads to deductions after the fact. The only exception is equipment that was materially misrepresented in the original inventory list.
Do you accept equipment with MDM or device management profiles still active?+
Yes, but you should remove MDM enrollment and activation lock before pickup when possible. Equipment that cannot be enrolled or activated by a new owner is worth less. We can advise on what to prioritize if you have a large mixed lot.
How quickly will I receive an offer after submitting my inventory?+
Same day in most cases. If you submit a detailed list with model numbers and quantities before noon Eastern, expect a response the same business day. Large or complex lots may take until the following morning.
Can you handle a phased pickup across multiple sites?+
Yes. Multi-site pickups are common for enterprise customers doing a full refresh. We schedule each location separately and issue a single consolidated offer and payment if that simplifies your accounting.
