10 units. Mixed lots count toward the minimum -- iPads and Surface Pros in the same lot qualify together.
Do you buy older iPads?+
Yes. Older generations are still purchased in volume. The age affects the per-unit rate, not eligibility. iPad 6th generation and newer price best. Earlier models are evaluated case by case.
Do you buy iPads with broken screens?+
Yes, with a condition adjustment on affected units. Broken screens reduce the per-unit rate on those specific units but do not disqualify the lot. Submit your inventory with a note on damage and we will price accordingly.
What happens with iCloud Activation Lock?+
Remove Activation Lock from iCloud before pickup when possible. Locked units are still buyable but at a lower rate. If your organization uses MDM, remove enrollment as well.
How are tablets paid for?+
ACH transfer or check after equipment receipt and count. Payment goes out fast. ACH is faster for organizations that need to reconcile quickly.
