We accept all conditions from A-grade to lease returns. Cosmetic wear is expected on enterprise equipment and is priced accordingly. Mixed condition lots are evaluated at the lot level — no need to sort before submitting. The grades below reflect how we bucket equipment internally when building an offer.

What is the minimum quantity?+
10 units per transaction. Mixed lots spanning multiple categories — laptops and tablets together, for example — count toward the minimum as a combined total.
Do you accept MDM-locked or Activation Locked devices?+
Yes, but at a reduced rate. Equipment that cannot be activated or enrolled by a new owner is worth less on the resale market. Remove MDM enrollment and iCloud Activation Lock before pickup when your policy allows. We can advise on priority units if you have a mixed lot.
Do I need to wipe devices before submitting?+
No. Send your inventory list as-is — we do not require wiping or testing before pickup. We handle data destruction as part of our intake process and can provide a certificate of destruction on request.
What if my lot is mixed across multiple device categories?+
Mixed lots are common and welcome. Send the full inventory list through the chat and we will sort categories, condition tiers, and pricing in one reply. No need to break it apart yourself.
