Apex AI Chat Conversations
Our chat widget is powered by Anthropic Claude through our partner Sitebot. Chat conversations are stored to help us follow up on inquiries and improve service. By using the chat, you agree your conversation may be reviewed by our team and processed by the AI provider under their respective privacy terms.
Data Retention
We retain inquiry and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal or accounting requirements. Inactive inquiry data is reviewed and removed periodically.
